Elizabeth Hill Consort of W. E. Hill was born 1791 and died Oct 3, 1888

Sacred to the Memory of William E. Hill who departed this life Nov. 9, 1862
Deceased was born and raised in Fairfield District South Carolina,
from whence he removed to Jackson County, Ga. and died in his seventy seventh year.
In life he was loved and respected by all who knew hi. He died in the hope of
a blessed immortality for himself and all of Adam’s posterity. His bereaved
family have placed this slab over his remains in imperfect testimony of the
love and affection in which he was held by them.
